Refund Policy

1. In accordance with EU Law (Directive 2011/83/EU) regarding digital goods:

   1. The 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

   • Before Accessing Content: You have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet logged in or accessed the course area.

   • After Accessing Content: According to EU law, once the "performance has begun" (i.e., you have logged in, streamed a video, or downloaded a PDF), you lose your right to a refund. By starting the course, you explicitly consent to waive your 14-day cooling-off period.

   2. How to Request a Refund

   If you qualify for a refund (have not accessed the material), please email admin@ajaypatente.com with:

   • Your Full Name

   • Order Number

   • Reason for the request (optional)

   3. Processing Refunds

   Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
